Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI (including Power Query).
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Experience in marketing or CRM is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze various types of data—including social media, marketing campaigns, and sales data—to generate insightful and actionable reports.
- Monitor, collect, and respond to customer sentiment and engagement through online channels.
- Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, including creating data extraction and transformation processes to analyze customer behavior across multiple sources.
- Develop marketing campaigns and CRM strategies by leveraging customer insights and market trends to identify customer segments. Collaborate with the marketing communications, marketing promotions, and sales teams to tailor initiatives for each segment.
- Prepare regular performance reports, including weekly and monthly summaries.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
