Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a content moderator. As content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure that it meets the company's standards for quality and appropriateness.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a digital marketing or SNS advertising environment.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Excellent written communication skills in [English/Japanese/Other languages as required].
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, impressions, conversions, etc.) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Preferer to having knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Working hour: 24/7 operation hours, rotational shift
