Freelance Korean to Thai Webtoon Translator
As a Webtoon Translator, your mission is to translate and craft flawless translations that captivate readers. You'll be responsible for:
- Translation Mastery: Translating and reviewing translations with precision.
- Accuracy: Make sure the onomatopeia matches with the script in every scene.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring translation meets customer and company standards.
- Continuous Learning: Embracing new challenges and adapting gracefully.
- Pressure-Pro Handling: Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean (grammar, vocabulary).
- Native level in Thai (grammar and natural use of vocabulary).
- Cultural knowledge to translate from Korean to Thai naturally and accurately.
- Previous experience in translation is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints.
- Familiar with comic and webtoon terminology, such as SFX and onomatopoeia.
- Attentive to detail and linguistic nuances.
Conditions:
- Applicants must be Thai or Thai resident with Thai Identity Card and Tax Identification Number.
- However, this is a freelance position with no limitation as to the location.
- Payment is made via Wire within 30 days of receiving the original invoice (non-negotiable).
- All applicants are required to sign NDA before participating in unpaid technical assessment.
