- Support investor onboarding, including KYC/AML, subscription documentation, and coordination with legal/admin teams.
- Help prepare and distribute investor updates, quarterly performance letters, and other communications.
- Assist in organizing investor calls, webinars, and events.
- Maintain an accurate and secure investor database / CRM.
Investor Operations
- Assist in managing the investor lifecycle from initial interest through onboarding, updates, and ongoing servicing.
- Support the processing and confirmation of investor subscriptions, redemptions, and capital account changes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date investor documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
- Liaise with third-party administrators, custodians, and compliance partners on investor matters.
- Work with Senior Management to improve processes and documentation standards.
You'll be successful if you have:
- 3+ years in investor relations, investor operations, or client service within investment management (crypto / alternatives a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and process management skills.
- Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong data and documentation management skills.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML, subscription processes, and investor reporting in private funds is a plus.
- Professional, proactive, approachable, and able to work well in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Why Join Us:
- Shape the investor experience for a new, systematic crypto fund from the ground up.
- Work directly with leadership in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Join a small, collaborative, and elite team where your work has immediate visibility and impact.
