HR Transformation

We are seeking a highly capable HR Transformation work directly with the HR Director in driving key HR initiatives and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual—who excels in HR COE functions, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution.

Job Description

• Plan and design key HR initiatives and solutions across the organization.
• Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates.
• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects.
• Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
• Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use.
• Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly.
• Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent experience with HR COE functions, e.g. C&B, org design, performance management, etc.. Consulting background is a plus
• Strong project management background with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Thai proficiency is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with handling sensitive information with discretion.
