- Collaborate with department heads to forecast headcount requirements and skill gaps.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies (online, campus, agencies)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
2.Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Conduct regular market benchmarking to recommend competitive pay structures
- Administer benefits programs (social security, group insurance, retirement funds)
- Liase with external counsel and government agencies to maintain full compliance with Thai labour law
3. Performance Management & Career Development
- Roll out annual performance appraisal cycles
- Coach managers on setting SMART objectives, providing feedback, and conducting career-path dialogues
- Identify learning needs and coordinate with external providers
4.Employee Relations & Culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Lead engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace
- Monitor attrition drivers and propose retention strategies
- Maintain and update job descriptions, organisational charts, and HR policy manuals
- Oversee HRIS data accuracy and generate monthly metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, training ROI)
- Communicate corporate HR policies and local adaptations to ensure alignment with APAC/global strategy
5.Additional Responsibilities
- Partner with finance on headcount budgeting and work-permit renewals.
- Drive ad-hoc special projects, such as wellness programs.
