General Summary
The HR Executive/Generalist for Thailand will support the HR team by handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Thai labor laws. The role focuses on ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with a deep understanding of HR practices in Thailand.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
- Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and statutory requirements, such as social security, health insurance, and taxes.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
2.Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in workforce planning by identifying staffing needs and gaps.
3.Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Support managers with performance reviews, employee development plans, and addressing employee concerns.
- Coordinate with HR Manager for employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
4.Career Growth and Development
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the HR function
- Demonstrate a career-driven mindset, with a strong desire to grow and advance within the organization.
5.HR Reporting
- Assist in tracking HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and engagement.
- Provide reports and insights to support decision-making and process improvement.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on HR administration, payroll, and compliance.
- Experience with Thai labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR administration and best practices, particularly in Thailand.
- English Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills are essential for this role.
