Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Work with product managers to define AI project goals, requirements, and timelines.
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Oversee the full AI model lifecycle, including data collection, model training, and deployment.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning advancements and best practices.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and visualization.
- Lead research efforts to integrate cutting-edge AI techniques into our platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI engineer or data scientist, with a successful track record in AI projects.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong expertise in data preprocessing, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Passionate about AI, technology, and innovation.
