Drive air freight sales by growing customer revenue, managing key accounts, and supporting operations, documentation, and team training.
Job Description
- Enhance revenue from new customers and penetrate revenue from existing customers.
- Offer Air Freight Services and solutions to customers.
- Support Sales Manager to train new staff and customers for booking procedures.
- Manage relationship with key customers to support revenue enhancement.
- Manage for shipment of CN38 and provide report in billing cycle for period for team.
- Provide knowledge of proper packaging and DGR acceptance information to team.
- Verify Cargo Sales Report in order to collect freight charges from customers.
- Support to being main coordinator with customer success team and MSDS team.
- Support to provide solution to solve issue which concerned export document and CTO contacting.
- Initiative for design and provide information about load plan to the sales team.
- Support Management and Sales Manager in coordination's with stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in air freight, logistics, or cargo sales, with a focus on customer revenue growth.
- Proven ability in sales or account management, especially in managing key customer relationships.
- Knowledge of proper packaging standards and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR).
- Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with initiative to resolve operational issues.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
