What you´ll do
- Takes and processes orders of customer Negotiates customer agreements
- Establishes and maintains strong commercial customer relations
- Develops an action plan for each customer in line with objectives
- Attends to customer care to ensure that all client needs are met
- Coordinates with TAs education implementation and sales impact Steers the overdue payments, blocks orders if needed Meets sales and distribution targets
- Ensures merchandising and brand representation in salons Carries out administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management
- Pro-actively maintains understanding of market developments and relevant product knowledge Actively looks to grow NCA to maximise territory coverage Understands competitor landscape and USPs

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong result-oriented mindsetใ
- High level of commitment and accountability in managing assigned territories and clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with salon professionals
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in field sales, beauty industry, or salon professional channel is a plus
- Basic understanding of hair or beauty product knowledge is preferred
- Able to travel and possess a valid driver’s license
- Good computer literacy; able to work with MS Office and sales-related digital tools.
- Sales planning / pricing/ POS.
