Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to direct sales team.
- Set direction and goals for direct sales teams.
- Coach and develop sales representatives on sales skills.
- Ensure timely feedback reporting to management.
- Maintain good relationship with internal departments such as marketing, product development, customer service, finance etc.
- Implement sales strategies/campaigns which are developed by Marketing.
- Work closely with Market Insights Analyst to identify trends and opportunities within assigned area.
- Prepare and present periodic progress reports to senior management.
- Keep abreast of new technology and techniques affecting sales function.
- University degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a direct sales force (10+ years overall sales experience preferred).
- Experience in telecommunication industry would be an asset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly computer literate – MS Office Applications.
