What's your role in the team?

Pomelo Fashion is a leading online fashion company in Emerging Asia. Our growth strategy is to merge our online focus of mobile and social with the latest trends and data.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively manage and execute customer engagement across key eCommerce channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, LINE, and more.
  • Support the development and implementation of omnichannel engagement strategies across both digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily marketing communications to ensure timely and consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey—from first interaction through purchase, post-purchase follow-up, and ongoing retention—ensuring a seamless and connected experience.
  • Craft and deliver personalized, data-informed messages via email, push, and other direct channels, aligned with user behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Create and manage communication according to marketing sequences, onboarding flows, and nurture campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Be able to monitor and analyze engagement channels performance and proactively develop strategies to improve the performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and retention to inform campaign strategy and execution.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks across all engagement messaging to ensure flawless execution—including correct links, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and overall message accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Native language proficiency in both English & Thai
  • Responsible and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Keen interest in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellence in attention to detail and confidence in execution
