What you'll do:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of global electronic module-level projects. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to deliver high-performance and reliable modules for integration into larger systems. This role will be responsible for project planning, coordination, technical decision-making, and delivery within scope, cost, and timeline targets
In detail, you will:
Lead cross-functional electronic development projects (hardware, firmware, and integration)
Define project scope, milestones, resources, and budget
Define module architecture, performance targets, cost, and timeline
Coordinate with hardware, software, mechanical, and QA teams to ensure product delivery
Manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and resolve project roadblocks
Communicate project status, timelines, and technical updates to stakeholders
Ensure design meets compliance, safety, and certification requirements (e.g., EMC, CE, RoHS)
Work closely with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers during the integration phase
Support prototype builds (Supplier side), field testing, and transition to mass production
Qualifications:
University Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in electronics development (embedded systems, PCB design, analog/digital circuits)
Good knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32), sensors, power electronics, or IoT systems
Familiarity with design tools e.g. Altium, OrCAD
Understanding of product lifecycle management, and EMI/EMC practices
Proven experience in leading technical teams or project teams
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting
Able to manage multiple projects or change requests simultaneously
Experience working with global teams, vendors, and external suppliers
Very good English communication
