a. Performing tasks in full collaboration and coordination with Client data center stakeholders, internal and external partners (DCS, DCops, DES, AE, GC, etc) to ensure high quality, high accuracy, and completeness of the deliverables as stipulated in the latest Project Manual and Document Closeout Manual. This includes regular meetings, email follow-ups, workshops, document formatting audit and other means to drive the projects to full closure.
b. Administrating the Client “Electronic Document Management” (“EDM”) system, including new imports, updates, access control, library management and reporting.
c. Assisting with documentation sharing with stakeholders.
d. Implementing change management processes and practices to minimize inaccurate data Interfacing with the AEC team during meetings.
e. Auditing process during design/construction and reviewing final documentation from Contractors at the end of projects.
f. Contributing to process improvement.
g. The Owner's Rep Team will act as a rep for Client’s Document Control Coordinator to help facilitate the document closeout process and remove roadblocks to closing out all defined documentation.
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree and at least 10 years' experience of document and administration management in a Construction or Engineering related field, preferably with on-site experience.
Proficient in Thai and English
