Your profile:
You are a Dutch native speaker.
You are over 22 years old.
You have a good command of English.
You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner.
You have very good communication skills and a friendly, helpful nature.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university, or a comparable qualification (EQF6) .
These are requirements of the Thai authorities for you to have a work permit. If you do not meet these requirements, we will not be able to offer you a job in our company. If you are a Spanish native speaker holding a Thai-ID/passport, you only must be over 18 years old and have a house registration.
Your tasks:
Answer incoming calls (no sales), note call back requests, provide information.
Summarising, structuring and forwarding information.
Arrange and coordinate appointments.
Document calls in our system.
