As Customer Care Manager, you will drive aftermarket sales growth and customer satisfaction across Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. You will be responsible for promoting and selling spare parts, upgrades, service contracts, and new equipment. Working closely with global Customer Care teams, you will ensure consistent support standards and strengthen customer relationships to grow JBT Marel’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Grow aftermarket business (spares, upgrades, service contracts) and meet sales targets.
Lead new equipment sales for Meat processing solutions in Thailand.
Develop and manage customer pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce.
Maintain strong customer relationships through visits, calls, and proactive support.
Act as first point of contact for orders, escalations, complaints, and warranty claims.
Ensure smooth transition from project handover into ongoing Customer Care.
Monitor outstanding invoices and drive timely resolution.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to maximize market penetration and service excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial equipment or food processing.
Strong commercial and project management skills.
Excellent communication in English; able to work in a multicultural environment.
Self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable in a matrix organization.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
Valid driving license and own vehicle.
