Responsible 岗位职责 :
1. Perform daily cost accounting and financial processing for th production base; track root causes of abnormal cost fluctuations; inspect and adjust cost-related account discrepancies; complete month-end closing.
1、负责生产基地日常成本核算与账务处理，跟踪成本异常变动原因，检查和调整成本相关账务偏差，完成账务月结工作
2. Prepare periodic cost analysis reports; conduct cost variance analysis; identify abnormal cost fluctuations; propose improvement measures.
2、定期编制成本分析报告，分析成本差异原因，识别成本波动异常，提出改进建议
3. Supervise and participate in inventory cycle counts to ensure book-physical alignment; calculate costs of slow-moving inventory; monitor KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover ratio, aging analysis).
3、定期监督和参与存活盘点，确保账实相符；计算和分析呆滞物料成本；监控库存周转率、库龄等关键指标
4. Continuously improve cost accounting workflows, methodologies, and systems; identify cost-saving opportunities; track implementation and effectiveness of cost initiatives; assist in building a robust cost control framework.
4、持续改进成本核算流程、方法和系统，识别成本节约机会，跟踪成本改进举措落地执行与效果评估，协助建立和完善成本控制体系
Knowledge and competence qualifications 专业知识与技能 :
1. High Vocational or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
1、大专及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业背景
2. At least 3 years in manufacturing cost accounting; experience in heavy industry (especially steel structure products) with knowledge of production processes and cost structures is preferred.
2、3年以上制造业成本会计相关工作经验，具备重工制造业、熟悉钢结构产品生产工艺流程和成本构成特点优先
3. Solid foundation in financial accounting; familiarity with local financial regulations; expertise in manufacturing cost accounting theories/methods, cost reconciliation processes, and variance analysis.
3、扎实的财务会计基础，熟悉当地财会相关法规，熟悉制造业成本会计理论和方法、成本核算流程、成本差异分析
4. Fluent Thai; business proficiency in English or Mandarin.
4、泰语流利，英语或汉语能够作为工作语言
5. Proficient in mainstream office software and accounting systems.
5、熟练使用主流办公软件和财会系统
6. Experience in foreign-invested businesses will be given special consideration.
6、具备外资企业工作经验者优先考虑
