Supervise and monitor all accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Review and verify financial statements and reports in compliance with corporate and local standards.
Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Support the Director of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering development and accuracy.
Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and local accounting standards.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
High attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
Must be fluent in Thai, both spoken and written.
Good command of English communication is a plus.
