As a Business Development Manager at Havas Thailand, you will play a key role in driving the agency’s growth by leading the end-to-end new business process from identifying potential leads and crafting compelling proposals to executing pitches and converting opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic advertising environment, where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and apply your strategic thinking and storytelling skills to connect with potential clients. A strong understanding of the Thai media and digital landscape is essential, as is the ability to build trust and long-term relationships that contribute to the success and expansion of Havas Thailand.Mission and Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with the agency's strategic goals.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Lead RFI/RFP responses, pitch development, and proposal storytelling across media and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with media, creative, health and production teams to craft compelling solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and client needs to position Havas Media effectively.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities between media, content, influencer marketing, analytics and e-commerce services.
- Maintain pitch trackers, win/loss reports, and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Havas Thailand at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
Experience, Soft Skills, and Competencies:
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or client leadership in a media, digital, or integrated agency.
- Proven track record in winning new business, especially in the Thai market.
- Knowledge of of media strategy, digital performance, and full-funnel marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
- English and Thai (native or fluent speaker and reader) required
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Understanding of industry trends and a passion for staying updated on the latest developments.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Nice to have - Background in integrated marketing (creative, content, media).
- Nice to have - Familiarity with tools like SimilarWeb, GWI, Campaign Karma, or Salesforce.
