We are seeking a motivated and articulate Meeting Setter/Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in South East Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our Business Development Director.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our local Director, via phone calls, email, whatsapp and LinkedIn
- Maintain sales activity to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Identify and qualify potential leads using various resources, including websites, social media and LinkedIn
- Map and network through contacts within large accounts.
- Build relationships with PAs/Secretaries
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve lead generation
YOU WILL HAVE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Experience in making outbound calls
- Strong phone etiquette, active listening abilities and influencing skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Resilience and ability to handle rejections and overcome objections professionally
- Understanding of sales principles and closing calls for next steps
- Time management skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or an inside sales role.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of networking within large companies would be an advantage
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
