Your Tasks

  • Develop business strategy and implementation plan to grow brand of assigned categories and direct all marketing activities for the achievement of short and long-term business goal, A&M and effective marketing spending
  • Drive innovation roadmap and develop insightful, unique and relevant product concept & positioning that answer the consumer’s needs against competition
  • Lead agencies to develop winning communication strategies and execution plan to drive successful Launch/Relaunch campaign
  • Collaborate with cross functions for brands campaign implementation. Consistently monitoring & analysing business performance, market situation and competitors and acts decisively as a category leader to ensure business objective achievement
  • Lead media agency for media strategy and plan while optimize the plan along the way to gain the best out of the given budget
  • Manage effective A&P spending for the best return on investment.
  • Work with global and Emerging Market as a lead market for all product innovation development and communication strategies to ensure local relevancy is being addressed
  • Drive the synergism among team to align with OneBDF direction

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelors or Masters in any field, preferred in Marketing / Business
  • Minimum 5-7 years of working experience
  • Strong knowledge & skills to lead launch/relaunch campaign with focusing in digital communications & media
  • High understanding in business with sense of urgency in driving to meet business objective
  • Strong ownership with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Hands-on, multi-tasking, proactive, high accountability a team player and able to work well under pressure
