Manage IT outsourcing vendors and ensure services are delivered according to SLAs.
Oversee IT Service Management and IT Operations to ensure efficiency and stability.
Manage IT contracts and control expenses in alignment with the approved budget.
Support the enhancement of IT infrastructure in line with organizational strategies and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities: IT Operations & Support - Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure system stability and availability.
Project Management - Plan, coordinate, and monitor Cloud and Infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery.
Incident Management - Handle and resolve IT incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
Client & Server Management - Manage servers, endpoints, and network systems to ensure security and performance.
Infrastructure & System Management - Plan, manage, and enhance IT infrastructure, including Cloud, Virtualization, and Networking systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Virtual Machines, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and Networking.
Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and task prioritization.
Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management best practices.
Service-minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP Certification, or VMware Certified Professional are advantageous.
