As an Area Sales Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supervising the sales representatives for the sales achievement in Bangkok and Southern region and responsible for Extension With T, 3-Way, automed infusion pump, IV set, and Alcohol handrup product. You will direct, assist, and motivate sales personnel in maintaining and improving the company's market position.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop area-specific sales targets in collaboration with marketing leadership. Prepare detailed sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, including goals for product growth and market share.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and roundtable discussions in partnership with Product Managers to support promotional and educational initiatives.
  • Submit weekly itineraries to the Sales Head and review Free of Charge (FOC) quantities prior to approval to ensure alignment with budget and strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and responsiveness to their needs and feedback.
  • Implement marketing strategies effectively, monitor product returns, evaluate tender invitations, and recommend competitive pricing. Ensure all activities comply with company ethics and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze monthly team reports to refine sales strategies. Maintain a documented pipeline of opportunities and regularly update management on regional performance, challenges, and prospects.
  • Track competitor activities—including pricing, organizational changes, and product movements—and coordinate with the product team to develop counterstrategies.
  • Participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and company events. Promote teamwork, contribute to a positive work environment, and support continuous learning and development.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (healthcare/health science will be an advantage).

  • 2 years of experience in managing a sales team or in senior sales.

  • Experience in medical devices product

  • Good command in microsoft office and good presentation skill
  • English language at intermediate level.
