Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understanding of tenders for medical consumables
Experience in bidding for large areas: Viet Duc Hospital, National Children's Hospital, hospitals in the North region, especially general hospitals, K Hospital, etc.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue within existing accounts and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each key client, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client needs are met.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce is also beneficial.
Attributes: Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, and results driven.
Relationships with BOD (Board of Directors) and tender committees and nurses in major hospitals would be advantage.
