This position holds a key role in the retail environment, overseeing various aspects of the store’s operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Job Description: -
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Handle customer complaints, after sale inquiries, and returns, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Drive sales through effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Maintain store visual merchandising in a presentable standard and make recommendation on a store layout and display.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in customer service and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in fashion, lifestyles, luxury industry or in similar.
- Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
- Fluent in English. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.
Mobility/Travel
Able to work at assigned store.
Computer Skills
Basic skill in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)
Language
Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
