The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
Job Description:
- Support new joiners on their first day (orientation, site tour, computer setup)
- Manage end-to-end site tour for new joiners and coordinate with relevant stakeholder in each location
- Manage personal data changes and claims for employee insurance, and direct contact with insurance partner for issue resolution
- Support uniform distribution for ground operation staff
- Be a first point of contact, handling incoming calls for any inquiries and issue resolution
- Collect documents from outside and remind relevant teams to pick them up
- Support accident cases 7 days a week
- Support for other requirements from all employees at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 0-1 years' experience in HR & Administration
- Attention to detail and good communication skills are required
- Able to work successfully in team and in a dynamic environment
- Open to flexible working arrangements based on business needs
