Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and inventory all incoming shipments.
- Unload and load cargo from trucks and planes.
- Handle and process shipments, ensuring correct handling and labeling according to regulations.
- Checking pack, seal, and label shipments for outgoing transport.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized system and scanning technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Participate in warehouse cleaning, organization, and maintenance activities.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Do acceptance and weight check correctly.
- Ensure the X-Ray and cargo build up correctly.
Working Conditions:
Shifts: Your job may require you to work on specific shifts, such as morning, afternoon, evening, or night shifts. The duration of each shift can vary, depending on the organization's operational needs.
Schedule: You will need to adhere to the schedule provided by the company, which specifies the days and times you are expected to work. The schedule may be consistent, such as working the same shift every day, or it may be rotational, where you alternate between different shifts or work on a rotating schedule.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Basic computer and scanning device skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in labeling, weight checking, and documentation.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player.
