Responsibilities:
- You are quipped with knowledge of the seasonal trends, understand and can identify key pieces in current collections, must-have pieces & fully understands company's & market trends and direction
- Can demonstrate knowledge on handling procedure of mannequin (and busto) how to dress by following the company standard
- Works on mannequins and dress them in key looks representing the current collection and understands the setup guidelines
- Shows a clear understanding on how commercial decisions impacts store performance and can analysis the impact (results) of commercial decisions
- Identify and action creative and visual ideas for the store
- Support other store functions when needed ie. shopfloor, housekeeping
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience in the fashion retail experience preferred
- Visual flair and creative thinking
- Strong systematic organized approach to work
- Strong leadership and management skills
