What makes you remarkable?
- Compile the turnover dossiers in the required format
- Compile, collate, store the pinnacle inspection, and test documents by discipline for each QC pack and carry out filing and document compilation tasks
- Maintain and enter data entry requirements by following Turnover program software
- Assist Turnover Lead/Engineer populate and maintain turnover software
- Support for Turnover group and others discipline on test packages
- Consolidate construction punch lists into system punch lists and provide an auditable trail to ensure that all punch list items are captured, cleared and signed off for completion. Maintain the original hard copy wet signature Master System Punch List
- Compile agreed lists of system exception items to be completed by agreed dates, and to monitor and record completion of such exception items
- Good coordination with all disciplines in driving progress turnover of work
- Define the construction Turnover deliverables in terms of QC packs relating to EFD and non EFD systems
- Define the pinnacle inspection and test documents by discipline activity
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma degree or related experienced in handling of documentation of turnover and completion work is preferred
- Min of 5 years experience in handover and completion work
- Previous experience in manage data into the software for handover documents or similar Turnover database.
- Good coordination and driving ability in control of Test Packages/System Packages with each discipline on completion of test packages.
- Ability to control of turnover of package
- Good English language communication and reporting skills
- Good computerize skill in Microsoft software Word, Excel, Access NAD Power Point
- Ability to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities
- Willing to work extended hours including weekends
