We’re seeking an experienced and outcomes-focused Transport Director – APAC to lead our Transport business across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
This is an opportunity to bring our ANZ and Asia teams closer together, improving how we work and deliver across borders. The role covers rail, road, transport infrastructure and planning projects, with the scope to influence delivery and performance at every stage.
Reporting to the CEOs of both the Region and the Business Line, you’ll lead the strategic direction of the Transport Business Line in APAC. You’ll be responsible for business planning, project delivery, team performance, financial results and client relationships, connecting local needs with global expertise.
This role could be situation in Manila, Thailand, Melbourne or Sydney
You’ll also play a key role in:
- Aligning operations and teams across Asia and ANZ
- Leading business development and driving sustainable growth
- Improving integration and delivery performance
- Building capability across a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
- Ensuring consistent quality, safety and client service standards
This is a senior role with the support and backing to make real, lasting change.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong experience in leading a transportation business line in Asia or ANZ
- A background in Transport (preferably Highways or Rail)
- Proven ability to manage teams, performance and budgets
- Familiarity with commercial planning, bids and client engagement
- Strong communication and coordination skills across regions
- Ability to build culture, drive delivery and support team growth
- Based in Asia, Australia or New Zealand, with regional travel as required
