As a Ticketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the operational and analytical aspects of ticketing for Thailand. From setting up ticket shops to on-site coordination, you ensure a seamless experience for guests and internal teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up ticket shops and manage ticket creation.
Oversee invoicing and coordinate cash desk staff.
Analyze data and present insights clearly.
Improve ticketing processes and systems.
MUST-HAVES:
You are skilled at working efficiently with data and systems, enabling you to make informed decisions and support strategic planning.
You have a sharp eye for detail and can quickly identify and correct inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality and accurate output.
You are an expert in Excel and familiar with various online platforms, allowing you to streamline processes and manage digital tools effectively.
You approach tasks with precision and speed, consistently delivering results within tight deadlines.

You are fluent in English and Thai.
