หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. ควบคุมระบบและอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในอาคาร
2. ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษา อุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทำงาน
3. บันทึกการตรวจเช็ค และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและหรือหัวหน้าช่าง
4. รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการ และดูแลรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับการทำงาน
5. ปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัทฯ ตลอดเวลา
6. ตรวจเช็ค และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า
7. ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในอาคารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อความปลอดภัยของอาคาร
8. จดบันทึกการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปาตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
9. จดบันทึกค่าน้ำหล่อเย็นและอุณหภูมิของระบบปรับอากาศตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
10. ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่อาคารอื่น ๆ เช่น พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย พนักงานรักษาความสะอาด เพื่อให้การบริการ การซ่อมแซม เป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว
11. จัดเตรียมระบบไฟฟ้า, โทรศัพท์สำหรับการออกบู๊ท (ถ้ามี)
12. เตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับกรณีฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ ตลอดเวลา
13. จดมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าทุกเดือนและจดมิเตอร์น้ำทุกเดือน
14. แยกใบแจ้งหนี้ค่าโทรศัพท์ในประเทศ และโทรศัพท์ต่างประเทศพร้อมจัดส่งให้แต่ละบริษัท
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช. ขึ้นไป หากจบด้านไฟฟ้า หรือเครื่องกล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีความซื่อสัตย์, รักในงานบริการ, ขยัน
