• Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor client vendors to ensure adherence to approved guidelines and standards, minimizing unexpected breakdowns and service interruptions. This includes maintaining HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, kitchen equipment, amenities, fixtures, and office finishes.
• Execute corrective work orders in accordance with approved guidelines and standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fire protection, security, carpentry, plumbing, and kitchen equipment with authorization from the Senior Technician, Site Lead, or Client.
• Collect and record building utility data (electricity and water) on behalf of the client, reporting any discrepancies or substandard conditions to the Senior Technician.
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely updates of all documentation, including log sheets, service reports, and incident reports.
• Assist in establishing and reviewing spare parts and maintenance consumable stocking levels. Fabricate, modify, or repair parts as needed with OEM, Senior Technician, or Site Lead approval.
• Enforce environment, health, safety, and security (EHSS) policies and procedures. Maintain a high-quality work environment, particularly regarding facilities maintenance, housekeeping, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Communicate regularly with superiors and colleagues during shift changes regarding routine inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and other operational and maintenance matters.
• Participate in and support client MEP initiatives. Implement cost reduction and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist with other facilities duties as assigned by the Senior Technician or Site Lead.
