JOB POSITION : TAX OFFICER
YOUR ROLE: As a Tax Officer you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing work papers, tax returns supporting documents, and managing all tax matters.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Support Business Units/Group legal entities both for day-to-day activities, tax audits, and special project
- Ensures all VAT/ W/T returns/ statutory Tax forms are submitted in a timely manner and all information contained is correct
- Carry out all regular and specific tax compliance obligations and filings
- Prepare tax payments
- Estimate and track tax returns
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum Level of Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
- Bachelor’s Degree / University graduate in Finance & Accounting or related fields
Professional Skills:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Have tax knowledge
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Knowledge shipping/forwarding industry is a plus
