Strategic Bid Performance Analyst

Bangkok Prepare and present Governance, Risk, and Management (GRM) performance reports. Analyze bidding results and summarize final bid offerings with strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with project requirements and corporate governance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective bid strategies and produce comprehensive bidding analysis reports. Conduct post-bid loss reviews to identify root causes and support continuous improvement.

• Prepare and present GRM (Governance, Risk, and Management) performance reports.
• Summarize final bid offerings and deliver well-supported recommendations.
• Ensure full compliance with project requirements and uphold corporate governance standards.
• Analyze bidding results to extract key insights and support future strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop robust bid strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive bidding analysis and recommendation reports.
• Conduct post-bid loss reviews to identify root causes and document findings for future improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Computer Science ,Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in bidding analysis project governance, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query) and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Expertise in data analytics tools and languages such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
• Solid understanding of bidding procedures and corporate governance principles.
• Familiarity with project compliance requirements and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across functions.
