Job Summary:
Responsible and accountable for continuous improvement and efficiencies across the Company’s products, systems, operations and processes. Lead a team of people and have budgetary/cost reporting responsibility. Be an expert in lean methodologies or equivalent qualification. Coaches, trains and assesses others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Contribute initiatives/projects and review and communicate the impact on Lean activities.
- Responsible for leading and executing Lean initiatives by engaging with management across department to identify and scope Lean-related business challenges, conduct fact-based analyses and problem solving.
- Act as a key driver for change within the business units aligned to supporting lean initiatives or project execution and toll-gating and helping them to learn, understand, adjust and grow with the business Lean transformation.
- Develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement change initiatives, develop and contribute towards improvement standards in line with best practice.
- Provide expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business in business improvement, drawing from proven industry practice and methodologies.
- Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Lean or improvement concept and workshop facilitation techniques.
- Mentoring / Coaching Lean project management, providing guidance to support their execution of Lean projects. facilitating knowledge transfer to build CI culture.
- Conduct in-depth analyses (when required), including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projects or Lean deployment strategies.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and / or master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related filed.
- Lean Master certification or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, process improvement methodologies, and the DMAIC framework
- Minimum 5-10 years in a related to manufacturing operations management experience in Multinational Manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Lean or related continuous improvement areas
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Lean methodologies techniques.

- Ability to lead a cross functional team.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
