About the Role:

• Oversee the electrical design process from schematic through construction phases
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical excellence
• Perform power system calculations (load analysis, fault current, arc flash, coordination studies)
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards (IEEE, IEC, NEC), and data center design best practices
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and participate in technical RFIs
• Support the commissioning process, witness testing, and oversee energization activities
• Contribute to innovation in energy efficiency, backup systems, and automation strategies
• Manage electrical scope of work, budgets, and schedule for multiple construction sites

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years focused on data center or mission-critical infrastructure
• PE license or equivalent is a plus
• Strong understanding of medium and low-voltage systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, BMS, and SCADA
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to travel to construction sites as needed
