Responsibility :
- Research and identify potential sponsors that fit the event
- Reach out to new sponsors through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to each sponsor’s needs
- Negotiate sponsorship packages and close deals to meet sales targets
- Work with internal teams (like marketing and operations) to ensure sponsor deliverables are met
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to your manager
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, calls, and events
