POSITION SUMMARY
Our associates thrive in the world where “luxury” isn’t about owning more things, but about having more enriching experiences. Our properties are more than just hotels. They are places where we give authentic and intuitive service that allows our guests to leave better than when they arrived. The Spa Concierge is one of the main points of contact for all guests in the spa. They help customize spa sessions and build relationships with guests. They anticipate and deliver on guest needs. The Spa Concierge contacts guests before their arrival to confirm services and answers questions about the spa. They warmly greet guests, check them in and provide an orientation of the spa upon their arrival. They promote and sell spa services and retail items, ensuring that anything a guest might need is in ready supply. They take pride in staying up to date with knowledge on spa service and amenities. They also spot and follow trends in the luxury spa industry to help advise guests. The hallmark of the Spa Concierge role is delivering enriching experiences that deepen our guest’s passion for well-being.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. The Spa Concierge will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for the Spa Concierge – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
