- Scope and Purpose
- Guarantees the smooth execution of the production program, in adherence of the parameters of quantity, quality and times.
- Supports the Head of Department/Production for the monitoring of parameters of production and productivity, keeping it constantly updated through production reports.
- Monitor any deviations or anomalies, informing the Head of Department, proposing solutions for improvement or recovery eventual losses.
- Assures the correct and efficient coordination of the resources with the purpose to respect the target of the production planned in the respect of the safety and environment prescription.
- Guarantees that the quality controls of and process analysis decided are made as per expectations.
- Constantly monitors the level of machine efficiency, supporting the Head of Department/Production, generating an initial diagnosis of the breakdown, informing and collaborating with the Maintenance.
- Act as the Head of Department/Production in case of his absence, taking the responsibilities of the role.
- Collaborates with the Safety and Environment Manager to monitor the risks to safety and the environment and inform the Head of Department and / or the Deputy Head of Department about new or unknown risks in his own area.
- Involved in the training activities and in the training of safety and environment, in collaboration with the concerned departments.
- Guarantees the respect of the standards of order and cleaning of the working place.
- Assures the respect and of the application of the safety norms.
- Ensure the outgoing quality of the outgoing machined parts are free from defect and OK from aesthetic aspects.
- Expert in the assembly process and identification of parts as per BOM.
- Maintain the assembly fixtures to avoid the losses in set up.

- Guarantees the execution of the programs of production assigned, satisfying the parameters of quantity, quality and time.
- Monitoring any deviations or anomalies, maintaining a constant flow of information to the Head of Department.
- Assures the proper and efficient coordination of resources and monitors the implementation of safety and environment norms.
- Monitoring the assembly process closely to reduce defective goods shipped to customer and SPD
- Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10 years of experience
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or related field with 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Can work on Night Shift. Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
