- Responsible for repair, maintenance, installation and training of machines
- Resolve high level technical machine and operational problems for customers by inspection and diagnosis of machine, spare parts identification and recommendations to customers
- Input detailed records of service and repair into company information systems, including technical problems, action taken, and spare part used to correct problems
- Report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to In-House Engineer and Service Manager
- Maintain communication with customers, In-House technician, spare part team and other departments in a professional manner and within the agreed timeline
- Escalate technical problems in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with new product introductions
- Interface with other departments or subsidiaries necessary to obtain answer to technical problems
- Other projects or tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
