Bachelor's degree In design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
Proven experience As a Senior UX/UI Designer demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc.
Deep understanding of user experience principles, best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Design Thinking Framework: Understanding and application of the design thinking process.
Agile: Experience working in an agile development environment.
Technical Skill: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Crypto Currency: Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry.
Banking and financial: Experience designing for banking or financial products.
