Main responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and file management.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and related documents for review and compliance with Legal, Finance, and functional teams.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, appointments, events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with customers to address satisfaction and concerns, organizing annual feedback surveys.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfil customer requirements and support company strategies.
- Coordinate visits from guests for regional or global operations.
- Maintain customer data accounts in MDG and SAP S4-HANA systems.
- Create PR/PO requests for Key Account Management, Technical Service, and General EC site.
- Organize annual customer feedback surveys.
Responsible Care and EHS
- Maintain a safe working environment and operate safety to support work safety and efficient production activity according to plant safety regulation, Company EHS guidelines, RC Requirements and Quality and Energy management system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- 5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles in sales & marketing, account management or project management preferred; chemical and/or coatings industry experience will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint).
