The Role
An adventurer to explore and secure new business opportunities that drives business growth, foster strong customer relationships, and deliver solutions to solve customer pain points. The in-depth knowledge of engineering technology and the ability to understand customer needs are the key contributing factors to the business growth.
Main Responsibilities
· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic customer selection, categorization, and effective account farming.
· Execute structured account planning and reporting, ensuring timely, concise updates in CRM and management reports.
· Build strong customer relationships through in-depth account analysis, understanding customer needs, priorities, and concerns.
· Achieve sales and GP targets by confidently demonstrating IMI Precision Engineering’s product benefits and differentiators.
· Monitor market trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement and technical support.
· Negotiate favorable commercial terms by identifying risk factors and collaborating with internal teams to secure sound contractual agreements.

What We Are Looking For
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of proven sales experience and technical knowledge, particularly in pneumatic systems, motion, and fluid control.
· Strong problem-solving skills and growth mindset with the ability to analyze challenges, propose solutions, and communicate effectively.
· Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player with a proactive learning attitude and eagerness to grow.
· Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity and quick grasp of technical concepts, with a commitment to continuous learning.
· Possession of own vehicle and willingness to travel as required for the role.
