The Role

The Senior Recruiter plays a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers in developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. The role develops bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.

This role will deliver end to end recruitment and scourcing scope services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Administration and Insights.

Hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office is required.

Key Accountabilities

What you will do:

• Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Take full ownership to end to end recruitment and proactive sourcing to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
• Lead vacancy consultation discussions to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers– this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process
• Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
• Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand. Reports regularly on progress of Talent Pool

Skills & Experience

• You are an experienced recruiter within RPO or in-house. Experience from pharma, healthcare, medical device sector is preferable
• Minimum 10 years solid experience with expertise in multiple candidate sourcing channels (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising, database searching)
• You are a self-starter, driven and have the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to influence candidates, hiring decisions makers and stakeholders, with ability to drive innovation and keep up to date with market trends related to recruitment
• You understand well and can work collaboratively with stakeholders from different teams and level
• Confident communicator, resourceful, with a persuasive and credible personal style
• Experience working in an agile fast-moving setting is what you enjoy
• Business level English and local language proficiency is required
