Senior Project Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Proactively hunt and acquire new corporate clients for training services (In-house & Public Training)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their training needs
• Analyze client requirements and propose suitable learning & development solutions
• Coordinate with trainers and curriculum development team to prepare proposals and training plans
• Manage training projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Follow up on project outcomes and client feedback to improve service quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in training or HR development services
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Good understanding of training business and corporate learning solutions
• Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
