PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works collaboratively with HR Leaders and other Leadership teams to propose, plan, design the development and implementation of Talent Management and Career Development strategies and programs that meet the needs of Dusit International.
- Develops effective tools and resources to ease the identification, implementation, training and monitoring of Talent Management and Career Development process.
- Provides ongoing communication, education, training and guidance to HR Leaders and other Leadership teams about the need to adopt a holistic view of Talent Management requirements incorporating Learning, Career Development and Succession Planning.
- Works alongside with HR Leaders and Learning & Development teams to ensure the effectiveness of Talent Management process along talent journey such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Identification, Learning & Development, and Career Progression.
- Keeps informed of industry best practices and trends in talent markets both inside and outside of an organization to determine critical roles and to anticipate the needs of the business with talent pipelines development.
- Works collaboratively in partnership with related schools and universities both local and international to promote internships in particularly with Dusit Thani College students and to promote talent employment opportunities and programs through any talent fairs within Dusit and its business units.
- Seeks and develops Talent Management centralized database solution (offline and online) to ensure the right database of talent pools are kept and updated on regular basis and easily consume and leverage by HR Leaders and other Leadership teams.
- Generates appropriate monitoring reports on Talent Management and Development progress to HR Leaders and other Leadership teams for review
- Designs, develops and facilitates any trainings on talent management, performance management, talent development program, and other Sustainability related programs.
- Plans and manages Talent Management budget effectively.

- Experienced in Talent Management processes and Career Development execution.
- Proven track record of excellent project management skills successfully managing and executing global, cross functional initiatives at scale.
- Proven thought leadership and Strategic Thinking, Innovative Mind-set, Multi-tasking, Analytical Skills, Logical Reasoning, Result Oriented, Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills, Planning & Organizing, Collaborative approach
- Excellent communication up, down, and across the organization in local Thai and English language are the must.
