A Senior Projects Manager is required for the construction of our latest Data Centre in Thailand.
You will be tasked with managing the performance of Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Consultants.
Setting up and monitoring the program using dynamic KPIs.
Tracking daily activities and planning the look-ahead.
Analysing, managing, mitigating project risks.
Initiating and following up on different types of procurement packages
Commercial management: Coordinating between the Contractor and QS for payments
Contract Management
Coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring goals are aligned
Following-up and review the design packages
Coordinating and proposing solutions with technical team for site related queries
Managing the snagging/handover process of the units
Establishing the quality based on DAMAC standards and customer satisfaction
