What you'll do:
Lead R&D Laboratory Technician for Test products (refrigerator) applying Electrolux Internal test standard, international standards, IEC/ISO & other performance standards and generating including verify test reports and communicate the issues. Life testing components and complete products. Understand and apply each country test standard including Electrolux standard to components and complete products.
In detail, you will:
Conduct performance testing of component and finished goods
Prepare/instrument products for testing
Create test results reports
Maintain laboratory tools and equipment in the proper way
Carry out the responsibilities as outlined in the OH&S Responsibilities Manual and take the action required to maintain a safe workplace
Ensure that all testing are completed as per project time plan
Able to identify the root cause when face with the critical problems during the test
Deliver the test result/report on time
Qualifications:
University Degree in Engineering
5+ years’ experience in home appliance product testing or laboratory testing. Refrigerator product is preferred
Experience in laboratory management system
Knowledge in laboratory equipment / data acquisition system
Knowledge in refrigeration system / cooling system
Knowledge of factory products testing & processes
Team management skills
Strong communication and organization skills
Strong problem-solving skill
Computer literacy in MS Office programs
Able to travel local and oversea
Good English proficiency

You will be based at our Rayong Plant and report to Laboratory Manager.
