Job Description
1.Manage and grow relationships with top affiliate Talent Agencies and MCNs to ensure consistent performance and alignment with platform objectives.
2.Develop and implement campaign strategies (e.g., Super Brand Day, Mega Campaigns, and category-specific pushes) in collaboration with internal teams such as campaign marketing, commercial, livestream, and regional stakeholders.
3.Work closely with agency partners to support their creators with campaign readiness, performance tracking, and incentives.
4.Monitor partner and creator performance, provide regular feedback, and suggest optimizations based on platform trends and data insights.
5.Lead business reviews and regular check-ins with key agencies to align on growth plans, share performance insights, and strengthen long-term collaboration.
6.Stay updated on creator/livestream trends and affiliate innovations to inform strategy and inspire new initiatives.
7.Coordinate internal workflows to ensure smooth onboarding, payment tracking, incentive utilization, and troubleshooting with partner operations and finance teams.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
2.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, agency/creator management, media, or campaign management.
3.Strong stakeholder and partner management skills with a proven ability to drive business results through collaboration.
4.Solid understanding of the affiliate landscape, including influencer and livestreaming trends.
5.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once.
